I am big on traveling and keeping up with a healthy lifestyle. I also love cooking and I am always down for game nights with family and friends.
As I mentioned, I like to lead a healthy lifestyle and I found a passion for this after my second year of college. My friend had finally convinced me to attend a hot yoga class with her even though I kept resisting and made up all kinds of excuses to avoid going. It sounded like a terrible idea to me at the time. But I went and as much as I found my first class difficult, I left feeling renewed. There was something about the challenging feeling and discomfort in some poses that had me hooked and wanting to go back for more! I have always been up for a challenge and new experiences and I was ready to try something new, and commit, in hopes to see growth and opportunity. Boy, did my life change for the better!
So, I created this blog to share some of those health tips as well as other lifestyle tips. I hope to connect and inspire!
