I apologize right now for not having a more extensive review. Blond Cargo is fab and I want to read the first one now, since this is book two. Thanks again for being on the blog, John, and again thanks to Partner in Crime Tours.
Not that I have ever announced it but if I sign up for a review on a tour I pick Monday’s to go with recipes or Thursdays for my review… don’t ask, I have no clue why but today is one of those days! Novel Publicity offers yet another wonderful book by EVOLVED PUBLISHING, Shatter Point. I am not totally sure how I feel yet, being sick (yes again people) I ended up starting it again last week and have had weird and disturbing dreams. He is a good writer, but man oh man it had some triggers. Let’s read about the book (oh and there is a Giveaway too!) Read More

This week I have been taking a bit of break this week but this is OK! There is so much awesomeness because of new releases I can afford to! When school starts this always happens and this year is no exception. What I love most is there are always “The First of…” . It also is the season of new horror, and Phobic? It has a little of all of these. A horror for the season, a touch of romance for the teens going back to school and me? Well I love it all. Give me balance and I am a happy camper! Read More
It has been a while since I have read a book for Partners with Crime Tours. I have read only one other of Vincent’s books, The Disappearance of Grace, and it is one of those books which was perfect for the afternoon. I enjoyed it and probably would have enjoyed it more if I was able to read the rest in the series. Even though it is a stand alone there is still some back story I missed. If you want to read the whole review check it out HERE.
Today is a special Fourth-Wall Friday as I am hosting one of my favorite authors, Christine Amsden with her series tour with Goddess Fish. I am in love with her latest series, the Cassie Scot series, which starts with Cassie Scot, Read More
ParaNormal Detecive (see my review here). I have been honored to be able to interview her last fall on Bewitching Talk Radio. (If you are intersted in the Blog Talk Radio interview, check out my post HERE). She is a rising star, if not already risen *grin* sorry little vampire humor, and this new adult series is really setting her apart. Don’t let the covers fool you, this one packs a punch, the vampires do not sparkle and her protagonist is one of those you will easily be enamored with… but I am rambling! Let’s get to some Fourth-Wall Friday magic, it’s early Friday morning and Diner food sounds delicious, looks like my magical Fourth-Wall machine has put Christine and I in the perfect place for that. I wonder if they give 3 or 4 slices of bacon for each side order *grabbing a menu*. Oh and leave a comment for the author, there is a $50 special commentar giveaway with this!
Interview with an Author
What? Ya, I know, this is a REVIEW, well it is a review. You see, I read the novella. I wrote a review yesterday, in fact I wrote it four times before this blog decided to go TITS UP on me several times due to gremlins. After having Kai, Herbert and a few chickens plus one goat put its say in (yes more goats, but this time all he did was glare at it a lot) I got my site back! Yeah me!! I love being hosted on a server by a coding nerd who is a WordPress genius who runs a hosting service JUST for writers!
Anywho, the Review (haha, I made a funny)
*SHM* Lets get back to the matter at hand, my Read More
interview review. You see, I read this novella, twice. The first time it smacked in me in the face and left me on the side of the road gasping for air. Of course, it was one of many things which has broadsided me this last week. Now, this was not a bad thing, it was just because it was POWERFUL (pay attention to this apt description because this story is powerful, completely and utterly powerful).
