#DIY Large Crowd Cooking – #HowTo Slice Grapes in Half.. at Once

You thought the potato peeling was brilliant? This guy really is ingenious! I thought I was doing it smart, but no way this is awesome! With all the summer picnics and get-togethers this is a great way to make a large crowd sized Waldorf Salad!!! I just did this with my huge fancy olives the other day to stretch them out.. The olives were HUGE and I wanted bite size plus needed the $10 a lb. expense to be stretched out. Personally I can eat my weight in olives but my belly would not be very happy!

  • 2-dinner plates, with the least bit of lip (no sassy plates allowed). You probably could do this with salad plates or any size depending on what you need.
  • Grapes, cherry tomatoes, olives (whatever small little thing you need cutting in half fast). This guy is making Waldorf salad. I could have used this to do my Tomato Tarts for last Thursday’s Review and a Recipe post!
  • Serrated Knife – long enough to go across all of them, I used my fillet knife, thin blade and nice sharp serrated edge.
  • an audience to go “oooooooooooooooooooooooh” or not, it could be fun though!
