With a swish of my magical snow spoon I welcome L. C. Smith currently on her whirlwind world-wide blog tour introducing her new novel Falling. After waving some good old Cabin Goddess cooking in her direction, (making sure I wafted the bacon I had just fried) she decided to make this little cabin in the woods of Alaska as one of her stops on her hop!

Discovering the protagonist, Reid,  is a lover of Praline butter, I decided to dig out a recipe for Praline Syrup I have been meaning to make for y’all. You don’t need to be 11 to enjoy pancakes and bacon covered in this sauce!

After making sure Ms. Smith  was completely sated with my delicious fare, we discussed a little about herself, her style and her new book, Falling. The book gifting us with a whole new meaning of falling in love!
